From the 1st of January 2023 the following policy will take effect:
- As we are experiencing extremely high demand for appointments, your advance notice will allow us to offer another patient access to a much-needed appointment at that time.
- Failure to provide adequate notice (Less than 3 hours prior to your appointment) a $40 cancellation fee will be charged.
