From the 1st of November 2026 the following policy will take effect:

• As we are experiencing extremely high demand for appointments, your advance notice will allow us to offer another patient access to a much-needed appointment at that time.
• Failure to provide adequate notice (Less than 4 hours prior to your appointment) a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
